Welcome to Nutrition Connections LLC
Welcome to “Nutrition Connections LLC” designed to connect you with
the most current and ever-changing Nutritional Research
developments of today.  “Knowledge is Power”, but what is nutritional
knowledge if you do not understand it, or know how to apply it to
improve your health and wellbeing?  As a practitioner, Registered
Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE) for over 25
years, I am required to continually stay up to date and connected to
the latest research and development in my field of Medical Nutrition
Therapy (MNT). Staying current is essential to appropriately and
accurately educate patients; and now, through this blog, I offer to
make that same connection with you. I do so in a way that you will
actually “Get IT” and understand and appreciate that special nutritional
link needed to improve and maintain your overall health and wellbeing.
