improve your health and wellbeing? As a practitioner, Registered
Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE) for over 25
years, I am required to continually stay up to date and connected to
the latest research and development in my field of Medical Nutrition
Therapy (MNT). Staying current is essential to appropriately and
accurately educate patients; and now, through this blog, I offer to
make that same connection with you. I do so in a way that you will
